Changes on PSRN?

So today the G5 won't lock onto really any of the towers along the 401 corridor between Oshawa and London. Wondering what's changed if anything and if any one has any updated information.

Probably due to the control channel being advertised as a control channel and a backup control channel at the same time, assuming that bit of nonsensical site programming is still in effect.
