According to Marshall County, Tennessee (TN) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
Chapel Hill TN operates on 460.0875 but this frequency is silent and the repeater seems to be offline. Have they moved to TACN maybe?
Chapel Hill is a very small police department and Marshall County generally seems to respond to incidents in city limits but Facebook photos on the Chapel Hill police department suggest they do still have radios (KMC-42WDM microphones which work with Kenwood NX and TK radios).
There are no other licenses issued to Chapel Hill, so I don't think they've moved to NXDN - there is no digital noise on their frequency, it's totally silent and I live across the street from their TX. The antennas are still there.
I noticed Cornersville license was cancelled in 2017 and no indication as to where they moved to either. Chapel Hill license remains active.
Does that help narrow down what they're using?
