DEC are the Talkgroup ID numbers. ARC-500 software from butel.nl along with a cable from E-Bay would be the easiest.how do i program DEC Into my PRO 106?

How would I enter a frequency as a control channel. I can’t seem to find an option anywhere on the scanner (BCD992p2) or the ARC Pro software for that. This is my list as of this morning. DEC is what you are wanting. HEX is for Motorola radios. If there is something in DESCRIPTION it has been confirmed. All 5 digit Talkgroups starting with a "6" are cross patched and are dynamic--thus change until they get everything swapped to the new system. Any of the 12 frequencies can be used as the control channel--enter them all as your control channels.

I have the Homepatrol 1, which only does P25 Phase 1. Now I've updated to the Uniden SDS100, ( Great radio ! ) Now I'm receiving the Phase 2 channels. I was receiving Charlotte county FL Fire, then it disappeared. I did an RR update today, I'm still not receiving Charlotte county Fire dispatch channel. Anyone know why that channel disappeared ?
Okay, interesting. I used discovery mode this morning on the SDS100, found 21 talkgroups - including 1301 and some others not listed on RR. I've added them to the favorites. Works great.Again, THERE IS NO PHASE 2 IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY! None what-so-ever. Everything is Phase 1. Bad info causes people to program radios incorrectly resulting in radios not working. Look at your display, it will show P25 proving you were given bad intel...causing you to purchase a $650 scanner when you possibly didn't need to.
Yes, SDS100/200 are better--I wanted to hate them, but they do work better on this system when I compared to HP1, 996, 436/536, & 396.
Charlotte Fire Dispatch is on TG 1301 and works fine...listening right now. I prefer to create my own favorite scan list versus using the master database. Go to the master database in Sentinel and find Charlotte County. Right click on it and click on append to favorite. Then edit favorite to your personal liking. Go over everything--frequencies and talkgroups to make sure they are correct. Write to radio and select your new list to scan.
Now, the HP1, I'll go back and try to get it working again. I saw this on RR Charlotte County (Project 25) Trunking System, Various, Florida - Scanner Frequencies
Happens to me quite abit one reason I hardly submit them cause someone else don't like it.Others had to get their fingers in there and mess things up.
Thanks, Was wondering why it's not up to date.I have the database admins the correct info...took me a very long time to put it together. Others had to get their fingers in there and mess things up. Check the list I posted above and continue to search could be your best plan.
Using a higher-numbered squelch setting (like 7 or higher) is one thing you can try with your 436, reception wise.I'm a resident of PGI and having the same issues as everyone else with BCD436HP. Nothing so far seems to help. Any suggestions?
I also live in PGI. Have been listening with BCD436HP for number of years. Could not get anything other than garbled transmissions. Bought an SDS100 and that works just fine.I'm a resident of PGI and having the same issues as everyone else with BCD436HP. Nothing so far seems to help. Any suggestions?
Has the old analog system been completely taken out of service?
