Has anyone had problems hearing the Charlotte UASI?

I can't listen to it. Because it is too far away from my home county, but. I thought I would ask for someone else, Who lives in Cabarrus County.

What codes are you using? Us the Mecklenburg Simulcast codes. My sds100 works fine on those codes and I live in Davidson.

Charlotte UASI, and more specifically the Cabarrus simulcast are humming along normally. Considering the post on Facebook indicated he wasn't even hearing the weather frequencies, I would bet the issue is antenna or hardware related rather than programming.

I don't have it programmed, because of the distance. I was asking for someone else w/ an SDS100 from any of the Simulcast towers

I am inclined to agree.

I listen to them daily at work with no issues.

The only time I can't hear them is when they switch to Viper events talkgroups when their system is down or they are doing maintenance, which is very seldom.

Is that a matter, of. Just not having programmed their VIPER backup or. You can't get their VIPER backup to work?

Viper works great has well. I sit here at work listening to both Gaston and Lincoln Counties with no issues.

I also listen to the Highway Patrol on the station radio
