I think having chat rooms for rr.com would be a great feature.When we see other members on the site it would be cool to just be able to chat instead of PM back and forth.

IM is not the same as a chat room.
Getting a Chat room will be like asking LB to install a Cappuccino machine. I just don't see either happening real soon. But, if you hop over to the newly acquired " Scan America " you will find a chat room.

Chat rooms while cool and neat sounding don't draw much use and support from the overall community. We've tried this before, and we would typically have 1 or 2 people at a time using the Chat Room.
I've yet to see a compelling reason for us to install, support, and manage chat rooms. We've tried it twice, and it didn't get any traction.
