It is with regert that the Chicago Fire Department annouces the loss of two Hero Firefighters. It is often heard the Hero's are the one's who don't come home they will never be forgotten. 12/22/2010

Firefighter: Edward Stringer was a 12-year veteran

Firefighter: Cory Ankum 16 months on the job

Also the 17 other Firefighters also injured
