What exactly would you hear from the Chopper 12 Frequs? Is it a re-broadcast of the reporter that might be on-air or is it more like lstening to an aircraft frequency?

On the company frequencies you hear the report that gets on the air, but you also hear the chatter that goes on between the chopper and the ground (techs, director, etc.) You only hear aircraft stuff on the air frequencies.

No, it can not.

I can confirm that I just heard NEWS12 desk calling for the Helo on 455.6375. I could not make out the helo on this freq, I am pretty sure I can hear them on the reverse channel (450.6375). They were just breaking squelch on the reverse.
