Additionally, field units are not required (by FCC rules) to give the mobile callsign if a mobile relay, like a repeater, is in use. The dispatcher's Callsign would cover the base and the mobile frq in that case. Many dispatchers will still ask for the 10-11 anyway, due to habit.

Nobody will hear 'em, as they don't exist. Still must be handled by the field unit.
