I am running Windows 10. I have Internet Explorer, Edge, and Chrome. All browsers work. A web site I use says to use Chrome. When I try to use Chrome, I get the message "ERR_Connection_Timed_Out. Is there something I can do to get Chrome to connect faster? I have TV cable internet and speed is good.

Do you mean delete history?

Not just history though I think it's found in the same place. Under Settings/Privacy and Security/Clear Browsing Data/ You can select what to delete. History is among them but among those items is Cookies and Cached Images and Files. I'd check all of them and select All Time in time range. Be advised that you'll lose passwords and such but that will ensure that your browser isn't relying on old data to get to the website your having trouble with.
