If your scanner tracks Motorola II systems, then you can. The system is APCO25 but is running all analog right at the moment. It is often simulcast on VHF as well. I track it with my pro 2067 and pro 96. I have a pro 2005 at work that hears it just fine as long as you remember to lock out the control channel every day. There is so little traffic on it that you aren't likely to miss anything without trunktracking.
