City of Columbus Park Maintianence

On many web sites, it lists Columbus Park Dept. as using one talk group for all of their operations. Also they list Greenery maint. and other park departments. I heard that these talkgroups are usually busy. I RARELY hear these "OPS" talkgroups being used. Does anybody have any other talkgroups for this department or have they changed talkgroups?
