Been looking I cannot find for clark county or portland.

how big are they - sort of a small lookin outfit. nothing easy in ULS you sure they use radios or cell?

If they're a small outfit they could use nextel or some such communications.

Metrowatch and their high-speed looking little Ford Tauruses used to have an office in Lakewood, WA, and I know for sure they used Nextel there.
