After perusing the RR database it has come to my attention that there are still significant gaps in the database for CMPD.
The following aren't listed:
Eastway TAC
N. Tryon TAC
Hickory Grove TAC
Steele Creek TAC
South TAC

Anyone have the following TG's?
TIA

Derek,
Would really appreciate that. Don't know why I didn't notice I was missing these TG's earlier.
Thanks

Thanks Jon. I will plug in tonight. I have not tried updating the RR database. Is it tedious? Would make for alot less TG requests if the Charlotte system was kept updated.

Sure can.

On the Char-Meck system page, you'll see a button in the top left corner of the page that says "Submit Changes." Press that button and fill out the form with your new information or corrections. It should be updated in the database in a day or so.

The more you can keep your submitted data in the format as it would appear in the database (talkgroup, agency, description, etc), the easier it is for admins to accurately add information to the database.

TG 704 is actually the rebroadcasting of other TGs. I have been noticing this pop up for over a year off and on. The TGs that it rebroadcasts changes often. For example, sometimes it is county fire 7248 then the police then city fire. I had asked about it when I first heard it way back and someone said it was for regrouping - whatever that is.

Now for the kicker, TG 704 is actually TG 712 with the status bit off. On my BC895 is comes through as 712 and on the BC-780 it is 704. Whatever it is it is a rebroadcast of another TG.
