Cochise County - Unknown Talk Group

Found an unknown talk group (1303) on control channel 769.28125 in Cochise County, any ideas?

What did you hear? 1303 would be in line with the known TG's for Sierra Vista PD.

Monitor it for awhile, and see if the content of the communications gives you any clues as to the identity of the user.

However, 1301 and 1302 are Sierra Vista PD. So that's your first clue.
