Cols. PD PATROL 8?

I think I'm hearing conversational traffic on CPD''s PATROL 8, which is supposed to be reserved for future use. It's possible my scanner is messed up, because I sometimes hear things on random channels ever since I dropped it (oops!), but it's stopped on this channel several times in the past few minutes. Is anyone else picking this up?

CPD does occasionally chit-chat on it, but it's very, very rare.
