Am familiar with some of the cryptic names for vsrious commercial carriers but a new one came up this week, Brickyard. Can anyone clue me in as to its "real" name.

It's certainly distracting. I can't tell you how many times I've nearly swerved out of my lane on the Turnpike as I watch a big heavy come in.

Republic's corporate headquaters is based in Indianapolis. Thus the "Brickyard" call sign.
