Looking for pros and cons of the Pro 96, GRE PSR 500 and the Uniden BCD 396T. Am in the market for a digital scanner and am at a lost between all of the options and such. I am thinking handheld only because I would like to have something I can easily travel with, and I want to be able to do digital.

There needs to be something permanent and objective with the pros and cons of each, since this is a daily question, and since most everyone agrees on the basic pros and cons (I think).

Sounds like a good idea, but then we have sticky's on most of the threads already that people don't read.

At least we'd have a place to point those who don't.
