I have a pro 2096 and I am trying to set it up to monitor the OSP. I am using win96 and how to I find the fleet map and what talk groups do I have to program? What is alpha tag? I am in district 9 and I am going by this http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=901 http://www.wa8pyr.net/marcs.htm I want to monitor Scioto, Pike and lawerence counties.

Where all waiting for those 70s, Just wanted to mention to the OP Win 96 and a premium subscription to RR is the way to go, as far a programing the 96 or 2096. Good Scannin Hoser
