hello to just got a psr-600 on a trade very happy with it does any body knows what fed freqs are active in CT.?? thanks jose/n1xwl

The best way to find active frequencies in your area is to search.

162.6000 - 174.000 and 406 - 420.000 are the most popular ranges.

FBI is usually, not always, in the 167.2125 - 167.9875 range, but that is just a guide. They also operate up in the 170's and as low as the 163's.

Don't forget the small spectrum below the NWS !

162.0000-162.3750 and there is activity 400-406 so go 400-420

Also, if you are in the southern part of CT, don't forget about the military stuff, like the New London Sub Base. Most of their stuff is 138-144 and 148-150.75 MHz, still analog, and in the Radio Reference database.
