I've seen that very plug on something at one time, i don't remember what exactly it was however. I think it was an old military headset or something??

Could be a tough connector to find, doubt there is any new ones out there as its probably outdated by many a year.

I'm afraid I'd forgotten about this thread.
At the time, there was some urgency which has since lapsed.
The connector is for an overhead weighing apparatus.
There is a handheld readout that connects to the loadcell(s) above.
