While creating this reply, I happened to find a Wiki page dedicated to this. It's over at Project 25 Data Representation - The RadioReference Wiki.
86% Decode, NAC: 014, WACN: 92037
Project 25, NAC (same as above): 014
System ID (see WACN): 00A, RFSS (Zone): 10, Site: 10
Decode ranges from 1% (worst) to 99% (best).
As far as I can tell, this system does not exist within the RadioReference Database. It looks like a Harris built P25 system as indicated by the System ID: 00A.
