Does anyone have any information on the new trunked system Cooke Co So is going on?? I have seen some new frequencies listed on the FCC website but that is it. I am assuming they are the new trunked system.

It looks like a non-simulcast P25 phase II system.
There are 4 sites with 3 channels each. The channels are different at each site.

Scan all the frequencies as conventional FM channels and you will know immediately when it goes on the air.

Cooke County is coming on to the Denton County CORE. They will have a new multi-site P25 system.

15004 popped up a few days ago on the Denton County site, and sounds like Cooke County EMS.

Mobile/Portable Radio IDs in the 7900### range. Consoles 150, 151.

Yes that is EMS talk group. I have part of their system but not sure I have all of it. Do they come up on this system Denton County Trunking System, Denton, Texas
I had that in my sds100 and could not follow it in cooke co but could follow Cooke co with the frequencies I found licensed to them. I have not had time to make a lit to submit on RR

Does anyone have any site info to post into the database yet? Someone put all 12 of the Cooke channels into a single site instead of the 4 sites.

On OP25, I’ve had the following control channels pop up as Adjacent Sites wile monitoring site 1 of Denton County
Site 5:
772.356250
774.181250

Site 4
772.681250
774.493750

I would assume the NACs would fall inline and be something like 694 and 695

I took a drive to Cooke County today. All 4 sites are up as follows. Sorry, I missed writing down what the control channels were fore Sites 6 & 7. The Uniden SDS100 was showing NAC 690 on them all, but we might want to keep an eye on it. I got a little confused with my Unications because they roamed to Site 1, even though I didn't have that programmed in the Cooke Co knob positions. I guess it got there from the control channel or maybe my Denton programming. I didn't hear any talkgroups other than 15001 and 15004.
