I'm headed to Las Vegas in a few weeks, bringing along the scanner for the first time. I'm not finding frequencies for Cosmopolitan Las Vegas in the database. However, I did spot this set of frequencies that appear to have been licensed to Cosmopolitan's developers back in 2002:

WNCS288 (Nevada Property 1 LLC d/b/a The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino) FCC Callsign Details

The location appears correct, and the FCC ULS listing shows these as active, for what that's worth:

ULS License - Business/Industrial/Land Trans, 809-824/854-869 MHz, Trunked License - WNCS288 - Nevada Property 1 LLC d/b/a The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino

Any idea whether these are valid? If so, I'll admit I'm lost as far as adding them to my scanner (or into FreeScan) manually. I've only used FreeScan to import from the RR database, not to manually enter frequencies.

Thanks in advance for any help.

The Cosmo uses Nextel (Sprint) handheld phones for all there daily operations. The three 800 Mhz frequencies listed are for special events so it would not tie up the main security channels or events channels. New Years and Concerts on the fourth floor for example. Nextel cannot be monitored by any radio reciever on the present market today.
