Coweta County WARRS System P25

Hi scanner fam,
I live in South Carroll County, GA and I monitor the WARRS system with a Pro106 (old radio, I know, but it works). Anyway, here's my delima, I having trouble monitoring Coweta County from my location, this shouldn't be a problem but it is. Is there anyone else living in the area that monitors Coweta having trouble with this? Maybe There is something I'm doing wrong, maybe some trunking table I'm supposed to use, can anyone help?

Try a outdoor antenna with at least LMR400 feed line. Also make sure it has been updated to support rebanding.

Most of Coweta is P25 Phase 2. You will probably hear dispatch but not many units in the field.

Only fire is on P2, everything else is P1.
Whenever I'm in Coweta County, I hear everything but fire.
