CPD Zone map

Okay, we all know where to find the Chicago PD Zone and District map. But what I am looking for is a more detailed map of this. I know it exists but not here online. This would have to be someones own personal map of the areas. Like you took the original map that you as a listener downloaded and added your very own landmarks and or outlined roads and or maybe the highways around town.

Reason I am asking is I drive a truck all around the city from the Skyway to 290 out to Franklin Park down 294 and back to the state line to Gary, In. As I am driving it's a little hard to get a good look at this original map. I know the roads are posted around the map but to an outsider it kind of means nothing. Do these posted roads really run North and South as posted along with East and West? They can't possibly be completely correct just real close. That's why it would be great if some of you locals would post a file of your own detailed Zone and District map. Thanks for the help, you could even email it to me but this wouldn't really help anyone else that would also like the info.

Just thought I would post here again in hope of a little help. I am all over the Chicago area a couple times a week in a truck and never really know what zone to listen to. I have the zone and district map that is posted on the CARMA site but thought someone may have something with a little more info for your own personal use. Maybe something with landmarks and or highways marked onto it. Just a thought but something like this would be a great help to folks who are visiting the area.

Thanks, this is a nice PDF with color. It would be really great if someone would take it and add the highways to it. Like I-90, I-94, I-290, I-294, I-55 and I-57 and any other points of interests or landmarks.

Current CPD Citywide and District Maps

Links to current Chicago PD district maps can be found in the blue "Maps" box at CLEARMAP Chicago Police Department Geographic Information System . District maps that were revised this year unfortunately no longer display the district's radio numbers.

These maps are supposedly updated for 2012 but still show the 09 car as evidence tech when the ETs were taken out of the dist. & went citywide many,many like ten years ago.

FWIW, the individual district maps currently on the CLEAR website have revision dates of 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2012. The 2012 maps (districts 1, 2, 9 and 19) do not have the district radio numbers on the maps.

These are exactly what I was looking for. All of the streets, roads and avenues. Now I will figure out just what area I am in so I know what is going on around me. I sleep all over the Chicago area in a truck and these maps give me the info I need. Thanks!
