Does anyone know if or when Cumberland and Pawtucket will switch over to the RISCON system I live in Seekonk and have difficulty getting a good signal at best I get around 100 dBm on the RSSI meter also I'm running both the Uniden sds100 and sds200 on stock antenna all RISCON transmission come in crystal clear on all simulcast towers Metro East South and North
