database question

I submitted a change, it was put into the database on the RR web site. When I import
the system using Whistler software it is not updated. What am I doing wrong?

Is your EZ-Scan database up to date? Looks like the last database submission you made was on Jan 26st and was processed on the 31st, so it should be available in Whistler's software by now. Are you referring to the Enterprise City NXDN system?

I thought when I did an import that it did it from the RR DB, now I understand that I have to download
the RR DB to my computer and then import it into my scanner software from my computer. Is that it?

You have to update the EZ Scan database, which actually connects to Whistler's servers. Whistler pulls that data weekly from the RRDB. If you haven't updated the software's database, then you'll never see any recent changes.
