ARCXT: If anyone help me please...

I have a BCD996XT with the programmation on the back using my old BC780XLT cable with a gender adapter/null modem plugged on the back, and all work great to remote control, programmming, ect, BUT!, I just today paid my subscription to RR to have access to download stuff from the site, and i purchased ARC XT i 'build' my frequency setup by 'internet' on ARC XT, on RR database, all is fine, and all programming is okay EXCEPT i dont have any frequency programmed per names, or in group, it's all 000.0000 everywhere.

What i do wrong with that, maybe that BCD996XT is haunted , IF i enter one freqmanually the radio work okay, but by RR all is okay except no freq entered, the radio said SCAN ID and no more, a capture will explain what i said, myEnglish is terrible, but i do my best thanks a lot for future help, Dom

I don’t have that version but was able to download the data in your screenshot without error. If it were me, and have my key handy, I would uninstall the program, then download the most recent version and reinstall it and try the download again.

If the same, then I would reach out to @Butelsoftware

I tried with butel ARC XT, and Freescan softwares, and i have the same result, i tried on another computer with Aecxt and Freescan and the same thing happpen, that's why i ask for some hhelp, because i dont understand what happens with that, different softwares, in THREE different computers, and i have the same issue, i'm completely overheated.

And i programmed the same exact batch of frequencys for my grecom psr600 with Psredit500 software, and all worked the first time, and work very well.

the problem is not my BCT996XT because the problem is when i build my frequency scan structure fron RR to my software, today i tried again with some different commbination, computer/software and it wont work at all on freescan os arcxt, win10 or win11, i'm totally lost with that.

The only common part(s) amongst everything is your internet, scanner cable and Windows Regional settings. I was able to download the same data as you in freescan without issue.

Just to be clear, does this happen when you import data into the software, or after you import and write to the scanner?

GOTCHA!, it was exactly that, when i wake up today i havea doubt in a thing of that kind, and YOU said that in your reply, all of my puters was in French Canadian, i changed for English USA and BINGO!, all is okay.

Now i will fing what setting to do in off or on to correct the 'robotized' voice somtimes.

Just before i leave, i see you have an SDS200, and i see to buy one, it really worth the cost or ?.
