Database / Quick key issue

So in moving some things around in my Database tree, I was cleaning things up and changing Quick keys for systems. I have now have 12 systems in the database tree but if I open up the quick key tab it shows 16? They have the same names as other systems ... how do delete them, they are not showing on the tree to delete?
I guess what I did was give systems different Quick key #'s I should have left well enough alone...

Just figured it out, I had changed the Systems QK but not the sites inside of the system.
Sorry to be a pain in the A$$.

Thank you, I printed that out and it is very helpful !!! Now if I could figure out Number Tags LOL.
