I have that frequency logged as the Disaster Medical Assistance Teams (DMAT)

What was the PL or NAC which might help ID them

Any word on who was using 409.000? This was a mystery freq that popped up right before WTO here in Seattle.

It is DMAT. They use a NAC of 293. They have a mix of clear and encrypted traffic, with a slight bias toward encrypted.
