DC Trunked System Talkgroups

While at the National Marathon on Saturday, I got a chance to listen to the DC TRS quite a bit. I came across some talkgroups that are new to me. Does anyone have more details on these?

2880 sounded like it may have been a hospital, but it's not one of the 16 hospital talkgroups

33904 sounded like an open mic, with a TV or radio broadcast in the background

34000 Emergency Management Agency?

34672 talk of "stragglers" (related to Marathon)

35152 mentioned a "mattress inside" and "windows broken" Maybe Housing Authority Police or something similar?

59216 appeared to be a simulcast of 34672 in analog mode. First time I've heard an analog talkgroup on DC TRS

Were any of the known TGs for patches into other agencies active during the event?

No, I don't think so. The one talkgroup that may have been used by an outside agency was 34672 (medical coordination with Prince George's County?). I'm really not positive that PG was using the talkgroup, however.
