DCFD reception getting better

For some unknown reason reception which was next to nonexistent out here in Loudoun has improved.
Has DCFD done anything with the system? It is not perfect but now I can monitor it.

When you say DCFD, do you mean the VHF simulcast of the dispatch talkgroup or the actual TRS?
