I'll be visiting your area next month. RRDB shows that DCPD is not digital yet, but I'm seeing some information that would indicate otherwise. Can anyone verify?

Definitely digital. Metropolitan Police (MPD) uses a UHF digital trunked system. Here's the system page at this site:
