Is there any scanners that will decode D-star Amateur Radio repeaters?

D-STAR uses the AMBE vocoder. No scanners can currently decode D-STAR.

The vocoder used for D-star is proprietary. You need to buy a compatible ham rig, or use the DV Dongle.

(Unless you have the resources to independently create your own decoding system.)

The Icom PCR-2500 with the D-star board installed will do the job.
