Sorry, not looking to host a feed - if I had the money to do so, I would have already purchased the appropriate MARCS scanner. Perhaps I was mistaken that this site was friendly to those that wanted to listen to broadcasts, but could not afford the the scanner needed. Thanks for clearing that mus-understanding up. Posters like those above sure do make this site attractive to non scanner owners!
Before getting upset, please keep in mind that RadioReference does not provide the feeds, it merely provides a common place to make them available to people like you. The scanner feeds are provided by private individuals like yourself, and it's entirely possible that there is no one in that area who is either:
1) financially able to buy a $500 digital scanner to dedicate solely to a DelCo law enforcement feed, or
2) technically adept enough, or
3) has the desire to host a specific feed for DelCo law enforcement only, or
4) any combination of the above.
Since no one has undertaken to provide a feed dedicated solely to Delaware County law enforcement, it's apparent that the existing feeds for Delaware County are either sufficient to the purpose for most everyone who monitors that area, or are simply making the most efficient use of an expensive resource, to wit: a digital scanner.
If it's important to you to have such a feed and/or to be able to monitor the specific things you want to monitor, your only real option is to save the cash to buy an appropriate scanner and either listen directly, or make it available to yourself and others as a scanner feed.
