Try a member of those departments. Not really sure how else you could get them. Here in good ol cecil county they listed them on the des pages of their new radio system.

Post your question on "Phillyscanner". They publish an e-book that has them for the whole state. I have them for Kent Co.

If you're in that area, the Guide is very valuable. Unlike so many pubs, Joe Cardani takes the time to update it - and the subscription is permanent, not every year as it once was.
