That is because the Mutual channels are encrypted

Be sure to use ID scan and program the non encrypted talk groups. If you do ID search , it’ll stop on the encrypted talk groups with silence and drive you nuts.

...or import and avoid them, Proscan makes this easy. Quite handy when trying to identify unidentified TGs with ID Search enabled, though it appears as if everything on Delco's TRS has been ID'ed...

+1 from me for doing it through Sentinal. Tried ProScan in the past and hated it. Never again for me.
What do you hate about ProScan? Last time I heard something like this "I don't like the program" was 9 years ago Once he figured out how to get the comm. port working. "Now i'm getting the hang of ProScan, its pretty easy. i don't know why i was complaining before"
So just trying to figure this one out and make improvements if needed or if it's a misunderstanding.

@One13Truck, Your comment is not justified. I don't know why you would post your hatred towards ProScan here, I guess to discourage others from trying out ProScan. Your comment is detrimental to the scanning community. I have 22556 users to date and heard this only 5 or 6 times and one time I asked why you don't like ProScan and it turns out he confused my app with another.. Just about everyday I receive positive comments via email like today from Charles P. "Thank you so much. It worked. I love ProScan. It is the best I have ever used."

Sentinel is spelled wrong.

Everyone has their opinions of what they like or dislike.
I'm sitting here thinking to my self after reading your response and wondering if a simple " hey One13Truck, send me a PM and I'd be happy to hear your grievances with my software ", might have left a better impression ... But that's just my opinion of being a customer of yours.

I've test-run Proscan via wine-stable on various versions of MacOS previously, it functions well, not nearly well enough as on a native Windows install, understandably so but it can still be run to some degree. Not a huge Mac head so I don't have the time nor desire to test every aspect of it

And you? I think you could have sent me a private message and I'm more right by posting here.
