Deleted System still appears

I'm using FreeScan and put in a new LTR System and it wasn't working so I deleted it, I wasn't happy with it. I uploaded the new set up without the LTR to the scanner but the System still appears on the screen.
The LTR system showed up as an asterisk and no matter what I did I couldn't have it display "7" as it is the 7 system. I assume it is in the Quick Key settings.
Do I create the new system first then import from RR or just import from RR first.
Hope this makes sense.

I would delete the system by hand, confirm that it's gone in the scanner, then download the scanner to a NEW file name in freestanding with today's date.

When re-uploading new data, select "Erase All Systems & Settings" in the "Send To Scanner" dialog window.
Select all systems to upload.

secondly if you make any changes to any of the systems, delete whats in the scanner before you upload the corrected file into the scanner, then save the corrected file. This scanner works on systems which can be worked on one at a time, edit wgat you want, delete that file only in the scanner, upload the corrected file into the scanner and save it to the computer.

So I have 6 systems that are good and I just upload the 1 new system which would become System 7 only and leave out the other 6 systems? That's what I've done in the past.

When I import from RR does RR define whether it's "Rec Out" or is that just a default in Freescan? Do I change that?

what do you want to do with rec out and that is a scanner fuction that is in the software that you change your self.
