Totally agree, And perhaps the combined thread be renamed Excelon Energy P25 SYS 1C7
At some point (As other entities possibly join from MD/DC/VA in the future) The entire System may need a reworked name.

Agreed. ACE, Delmarva, BGE, Pepco, ComEd, and PECO are all Excelon electric utilities. BGE is also in process of moving to P25, and I believe Pepco is as well and I would not be surprised if they all are networked together eventually.

WPNP548 is the BSI for Craigtown, Newcastle, and Whiteford sites. And is totally incorrect for the emission.. :geek: (It's the old Moto Smart Zone license)
Should be WRMS976.. P25

I’ve noticed the weekly roll call/radio checks are now being conducted by Delmarva and not ACE. it was being patched to TG 3119.

I have some time off from work coming to me in the next few weeks, and I plan on making my trip to the Delmarva area to confirm the rest of the sites and info for the database.

Based on BGE's FCC filings, Excelon Mid Atlantic wants to network all its member utilities (ACE, DPL, PEPCO, PECO, BGE, ComEd) into one radio system. BGE will have 22 sites, divided into north and south cells. It will not be online until 2025, but *may* be on the air for testing in 2023. Meanwhile, BGE is blasting away on its legacy iDEN system which is unmonitorable, so I'm curious if they will choose to encrypt their routine working talk groups. Also of interest is their recent licensing of conventional 800 frequencies at some of their sites.

Constellation Energy must have some use as well (a former subsidiary with an agreement to share the excellon system) Peach Bottom and Conowingo.

They (Delmarva) are being accepted/heard on the Chesco Site as well. ACE TGID's are denied. (Although some ACE RIDS are occasionally permitted, but the TG's are denied)

TGID 3023 has been confirmed.. FWIW.
