I'm in desperate search for pd scanner audio for Carrol County on 02/14/2017 around 2am. I see on archives they only have this year and last year archived. Unfortunately im out $15 now for audio they don't have, is anyone aware of how to obtain this?

Have you filed a FOIA request with the county? They record all of that.

I’m not sure that is available from the county yet since the case he is requesting will likely be appealed and that means the transcripts for that day are most likely still being held as evidence
