Did you see the pictures at the beginning of this thread?! Did you check out Free Speech TV like I suggested and see the kind of activities they glorify?! This convention is going to be a nice big bullseye for everyone and anyone, from legitimate to radical, who wants attention or wants to make a point. There are very real public safety issues involved! All the way from the idiots who break the windows of McDonalds because they are a successful corporation which (gasp!) makes money to a mass-casuality terrorism event! Maybe a slow-motion event like a bilogical attack, but still an attack! Remember the second WTC tower and the Pentagon on 9-11!!? The bastards knew the world would be watching after the first tower was hit, and they sure got their point across, didn't they?! Well, guess where the world's attention will be focused during this convention. Downtown Denver. Don't worry. If Denver gets nuked, the prevailing winds will probably carry the radioactive clouds away from Berthoud, but every single electronic component in your radios will be fried by the EMP. So you won't have to worry about listening to the liberal fest anymore...

And ALL of the law enforcement countermeasures employed against ALL of these threats and ALL the communication that occurs to make it happen to protect ALL of us have to do with scanning!!!
