I know I’ve seen some of the Evans/Springfield police patrol the area, I’m just confused on if Evans or Evans/Springfield dispatch the fire for the area, I’ll be at the Sturgeon Point Rd railroad crossings in the Evans area in Erie County, if that helps.

Erie county does not dispatch fire. IT is mainly done by each town/city/village

Scan the county wide (CW) fire frequencies also, many times, fire departments will switch to them when fighting a fire.
