Did APD go full encrypted?

I'm getting back into scanning with my new SDS150 and noticed I'm hearing a little bit of BCSO and none of APD these days. Did they finally encrypt everything?

APD use the Tac Talkgroups now for dispatch and yep ur right its encrypted.

From what I can see BCSO isn't encrypted on the dispatch TGs

Thanks! I guess I’ll drop APD from the list then and speed up hearing everyone else.
