anybody interested in trying to decode and listen to the new digital DRM HF HI FI broadcasts and having a PCR-1000 might want to try this:
tune 12 khz up from the actual station frequency
select USB and a 50 khz filter
might not work if there are strong adjacent signals in or near the passband but gives you a chance to see the signal characteristics and how its decoded, had audio coming in and out using the PCR-1000 with only a roof mounted discone
same thing might work with other receivers
see these sites for info on DRM and stations freqs (there are some that beam to USA from canada on 9.8 Mhz)

I used the free program DREAM which gives you al kinds of insight into the signal decoding status and parameters
