I am new at this scanner. BCD396T. I have it programed to scan my local digitals and working fine at that. Also have loaded state highway patrols which are conventinal signals but i cannot get them to scan? I have set quick keys. What am i missing? Any help appreciated much and thank you!

Tebassco, you have posted this question in more than one forum which is highly frowned upon by the Mods and other members. It is a violation of forum etiquette of the first order when you do that. You must decided which forum best suits your inquiry and then be patient. After waiting a reasonable amount of time without receiving an answer a post in a different forum is acceptable. You will find the folks visiting RR.com are ready, willing, and able to answer your questions, but you must be patient.
Also, I urge you to return to your
User CP (the left side of the second blue bar from the top of any page if you are logged in) and edit your profile to include your location (city and state) as you were requested to do in the material e-mailed to you when you registered. Once you fill in your location it will automatically show in each of your posts. Many of the questions you will have, and their answers, are going to be location specific and without having your location showing you will be asked over and over again what it is. So fill it in now and be done with it.
