Hi,

Does anyone knows what frequencies direct access is using for their short term rent radios. I know they have different options (LTR for bigger gig, analog simplex for the smaller one). Industry Canada is giving a couple pairs of frequency (probably used for LTR and/or repeater analog) but I got no clue what they're using for their simplex rent out. This would be useful to have on the scanners since they rent out to a lot of events (festivals, concerts, college & universities event,...).

You can check for Direct Access specific freq.'s in the I.C. database but the commercials simplex frequencies in Canada are in those 4 "bands":
453.025-454.000,
458.025-459.000,
464.025-465.000 and 469.025-470.000

In Montreal, 2 of the most popular used are 458.6625 & 469.2625
