I need help finding instructions on how to download files from the database, I am a premium member and have been able to create P97 files and download them to my scanner but only by tediously typing in each channel. It was my understanding that Premium members could download with a keystroke. Any direction/assistance greatly appreciated. Thanks much, -K

Have you looked at the help file for win97? I am sure it has directions on how to log onto the database and download. Here's a little bit of info: http://www.starrsoft.com/software/RRConvFreqImp.asp I couldn't find a wiki on win97, but I suspect win96 is identical: http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Win96

---Web import
-------RadioReference.com
----------Trunked systems
----------Conventional systems

As you may guess, use the "Trunked systems" menu option for trunked systems and "Conventional systems" for conventional (non-trunked) systems. If your copy of Win97 is real old, you should update it to the current version. A year (or more) ago RadioReference changed how the web import function works so the software had to change to use the new communication method so any versions earlier than that change will no longer import correctly.

Wow!

Many thanks, I have arrived! I purchased this scanner 3 years ago, and now I have a library to go with!
