Here are some pics and instructions I got off the net. This is for a pro 97, but will work on your 95. I used the same method to tap a pro-2055, a pro- 2053 and a pro-95. I never did use it for my pro -97.
There is enough room on the pc/if side of your 95 to mount the jack inside the case to make it more clean and professional looking.
