Ok i have a pretty good idea how to do the disc. tap on my bc700a but wanted to know if anyone could help me by taking a picture of the inside of theirs. I think that the BC350A is the same as the BC700A minus the 800 MHz chip. I just wanted to make sure with some visual confirmation. Thanks if you can help the littlest bit.

@ FireBall517,

Both the BC-350 and BC-700 were very similar Radios.

Suggest reviewing the below referenced ‘Installing a Discriminator Tap on a BC350A’ which provides pictures of the circuit board and see if that information will be helpful assistance to you in installing an discriminator tap in your BC-700 radio.

Ok, got it thank you so much for finding this and helping out. Unlike people that say google it and i search all day. I also measured the volts coming out of the tap and it is about two volts does that sound right?
