Dispatch Tones for Ventura County Fire

I recently updated both my BCT 15X and BCD 996P2 and when I did so, using ARC XT Pro, I am not receiving the dispatch tones for Venturea County Fire any more. So I had to delete the frequency and put it in manually and now I get the tones on dispatch. The frequency is 155.0550, not sure if any other people have had that issue, but is there a way to fix that in the database, rather than having to delete the frequency and do it manually?

The RRDB relies on user submissions to stay up to date. If frequency and/or tone have changed, submit the update and a db admin will update the database

That's the thing, there has been no frequency change since 2012, and have monitored them for since I moved to Ventura County in 2000.
I have an older 15X that I manually programmed and I heard the tones all the time. This time I thought I would use the software for the new one, and was surprised that my old one I heard the tones, but the new one only the dispatch.

The tones may be broadcast without a PL tone, so your scanner doesn’t unmute until the dispatcher starts talking, using a PL tone.

TRUE. Never noticed 'til now. I've always have heard tones so never paid attention.

You are correct. Tones are broadcast without the PL tone. Use CSQ to hear the tones. I have 155.055 CSQ in my radio as VNC TONE.
